...big businesses can still mandate if they want to.

Hell no!

Organizations must not be allowed to "mandate" employee participation in experimental medical programs.

Change the laws to prohibit such actions and strictly enforce those laws. Destroy companies who violate them and put their executives in prison for lengthy terms.

Large Corporations wield as much as or more power than Governments over the population and must be restrained in their activities for the same reasons.

Extortion.

What law do you think muzzles any President from urging businesses to take actions they are legally entitled to take?

I don't like mandates either. But if you think this Supreme Court decision bars Biden from asking states to pass mandates, or for businesses to implement mandates on their own, then you don't understand some very basic principles of constitutional law.

The decision today posed no limits on what Biden says at all. He wasn't even a party to the case.

most healthcare workers have already been vaccinated

or they retired early because they knew in the summer of 2020 about how the medical protocol was killing people and they knew that the shots were injuring people

I am sorry that the vaccines are mandated for healthcare workers (because it is garbage science), but the healthcare workers time to protest was several months ago.

I’ll take a stab at explaining the nuances found in your query.

HIV treatment is a result of a licensed physician observing symptoms, making a diagnosis and then consulting with the patient to make the decision to treat.

The Coof-jab was provided to people by medical technicians, first responders and, in some cases, educators out of media-driven fear and personal capitulation to societal pressures (mass formation psychosis).

In sum, the HIV-poke is protected because a doctor-patient relationship exists.
Those who have been COVID-vaxx’d gave up that protection when they ran screaming to the Walgreens to have a pharma-tech inject them with an experimental genetic/therapeutic serum.

How can Biden be punished for this? What legal options are there? It must be severe.

I agree. I’ve long said that States should follow Montana and put the brakes on the corporations that want to go down that path.

So far, only Montana has been successful.

So basically, he’s telling US citizens to forgo the law (settled now by the USSC, right?) and break it anyway?

Isn’t that aiding and abetting a known criminal act?

I’d Article 25 him and kick him, the hyena, and the louse out.
