MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchel said Thursday “Katy Tur Reports” that Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) “completely embarrassed” President Joe Biden by giving a speech on the Senate floor opposing changing the filibuster ahead of Biden meeting with the Senate Democrats on Capitol Hill.
Mitchel said, “Kyrsten Sinema did something that is extraordinary. Yes, anyone who was reading her body language had to know where she came down on this. She made no secret of it, but she wasn’t openly publicly verbal about it. But she went to the floor of the Senate within an hour of president coming up there to address her caucus, knowing exactly what he was going to do, and she completely embarrassed, politically embarrassed the leader of her own party, the sitting president of the United States, and was giving absolutely no leeway. She made it absolutely clear that she will not give on this.”

That hits on something that is key to understanding Joe Biden. He never learned to take 'no' as an answer as a child. You can see it in his social behavior, in his lack of ethics, in his arrogant "Look, let me tell you something" manner of speaking and in his out of place angry outbursts.
For Joe Biden it's all about "the Big Guy." A tyrant without a brain.
It's worse now that he has dementia but he has always been that way.

Someone needs to stop letting the media embarrass themselves, someone should whisper in their ear and tell them Biden has dementia and Biden is embarrassing himself, he doesn't need any help.
He has no shame, so how can a mere Senator embarrass him. If he was OK with her being harassed in the woman’s room, as he stated at the time, he deserves to be embarrassed, if that’s possible. Just how business is done.
This stuff is dog and pony, just theater. The Dems know they can’t kill the filibuster, and they know they aren’t going to federalize national elections.. They know they don’t have the votes to do it, but need some red meat to throw to and gin up the radical base.

Sinema just wants a work around. She’s all in on leftist ideology, but any senator who gives up the filibuster, also gives up HUGE amount of personal power.
The minority veto power will be perverted, just like every other rule these corrupt and failed institutions work around.
