U.S. Army commanders have relieved six soldiers from positions of leaderships and issued 2,994 general officer written reprimands in response to soldiers who have refused to comply with the COVID-19 vaccination order.
Among the six relieved from leadership positions were two battalion commanders, the Army said in a Wednesday press release. But the service so far has not involuntarily discharged any soldiers solely for refusing the vaccine.
The Army will be issuing guidance for discharging vaccine holdouts later this month, with the press release saying that 3,611 soldiers are still refusing to get the vaccine and have not received an approved exemption.
So far 96% of soldiers in the active duty component have complied with the mandatory vaccine order, while 73% of soldiers in the reserve component have gotten the jab.
The Army has also approved five medical exemptions of the 653 that were submitted while denying the medical exemption requests of 595 soldiers. No religious exemptions have been granted so far out of the 2,128 requests submitted.

I was talking to a mama of a young man who took the vaccines under orders, and her son now has permanent heart damage. Thanks Uncle Sam. Not only that, he got the Coof last week. So he has permanent heart damage, and the vax did not even work. But at least he was mission ready, right?!
Question: Do they or do they not have 20 years of service? Singlaub had his 30 before he went off.

I am very disappointed with the Army.
A matter of new priorities.
1) Show wokeness and subservience to higher ups in Washington.
2) Keep fighting forces strong to defend America.

I’m beginning to think that everyone leaving the military, no matter why, is coerced into applying for and getting 100% disability.
Not to say that sleazy lawyers in the general populous doesn’t get tons of disability for those without any significant issues.

I include as a reason the purging of the professional officer class that has been going on since Obama took office

What if...96% of soldiers refused the vaccine? Would these military geniuses kick the lot of them out just to stand on their principles?
Not answering the question about firing on American citizens.
But in the military we get/got a lot of shots for a lot of places. Going to Africa was the worst and my arm hurt for days. That was and is part of deployments and military life. The only time I ever heard of a choice was the anthrax, and that was only deniable by civilians in the DoD, not active duty.
When I enlisted in 1977, they gave us a whole litany of shots and the only one I can actually remember was the penicillin. That one hurt. You cannot ream soldiers for getting a shot when the whole structure said it was fine and approved.
Its as if the military wants wokesters instead of warriors.
Court martial them for murder and attempted murder, strip them of rank, have them forfeit all pay and benefits, and send them to Leavenworth.
These people are anti-American Communists. They get rid of expensively, highly trained personnel and start all over at ground level with recruits they use taxpayer dollars to pay upwards of $50,000 dollar bonuses to try and lure know nothings into service. I served over 30 years and wouldn’t join up or serve today for anything. What a mess. These Communists trash everything in sight and they’re getting close to trashing America.
