When a State’s Secretary of State is in on Voter Fraud
American Thinker.com ^ | January 11, 2022 | Jay Valentine

Posted on 01/11/2022 3:01:48 AM PST by Kaslin

We coined the term “sovereign fraud” right here on American Thinker. At the time it was a concept, until we started doing voter anomaly analysis for one large, Midwestern swing state.

We have now finished state 15, on the way to 30 or more; we can say with certainty that the Secretaries of State are unlikely to lead voter roll clean up. In many states they thwart it with flagrant data tricks.

Let’s take you through our excellent adventure working with voter integrity groups across the country. You need to understand their dedication, resilience, and the odds they face when the reddest states’ Secretary of State is in on “it.”

“It” means they know their voter rolls are replete with phantoms, but they deny it, evade it, some hide it. Let’s go there.

Most people have downloaded a file. It’s easy.

Except if you live in a swing state on the southeast U.S. coast -- and the file came from the Secretary of State’s office.

When you process the file, it contains about every way of screwing up your search capability.

For instance: it is supposed to be comma delimited but it isn’t. It has non-ASCII characters embedded. That means search engines will flail with no result. It has half quote marks which means there is no end of quote so it will not process. There are nonsensical control characters throughout the data set.

This is deliberate data sabotage, intended to make it almost impossible for citizens using traditional tools to parse the data paid for with their taxes.

This example is a Republican Secretary of State in effect saying: “well, if I have to give you the voter roll, here it is, now just try to search it!”

GA SECY OF STATE RAFFENSPERGER OWES A HUGE DEBT TO CHINA FOR HELPING
HIM WIN OFFICE....... IF REELECTED, WILL HE DEFEND CHINA OR THE US?

China has superior numbers of military assets in the South China Sea off the coasts of the US’ numerous Asian allies.

As tensions grow with China over Taiwan, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s commented: “the U.S. will pay an unbearable price” if we continue to support Taiwan.

What is Raffensperger’s response WRT the specificity of the consequences China will suffer economically and potentially militarily if it moves against Taiwan, an important U. S. economic partner and champion of freedom and free enterprise?

CAUGHT ON TAPE: Brad Raffensperger Spoke Mandarin; Begged For Chinese Votes

Georgia Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was placed into office in the Georgia House of Representatives in 2015 by a powerful network of Mandarin-speaking Chinese people in the United States of America. NATIONAL FILE has obtained video of Raffensperger speaking at an event with Mandarin-speaking Chinese people, begging the Chinese people to get him more than 100 votes to secure his victory in the election (which he ended up winning by 159 votes).

A Mandarin-language newspaper that actively coordinates with United Front, a network contro
lled by the Chinese Communist Party, even explained the strategy to place Raffensperger into office by use of “absentee ballots” that could be obtained by one Chinese person and distributed to others. Raffensperger is trying to stop Communist China’s geopolitical foe President Donald Trump from gaining a proper accounting of the votes in the 2020 presidential election.

HERE IS A LINK TO RAFFENSBERGER MAKING A CALL SPEAKING MANDARIN CHINESE THANKING THE CHINESE FOR ELECTING HIM TO THE STATE LEGISLATURE IN 2015.

HERE IS A LINK TO A MANDARIN-LANGUAGE ARTICLE FROM 2015 in the “Atlanta America Chinese Life” publication at Americachineselife.com, a publication supporting Democrats in the January 2021 Georgia U.S. Senate runoffs.

NEWSPAPER ACTIVELY COORDINATES WITH UNITED FRONT, A CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY NETWORK, AS EVIDENCED BY THIS ARTICLE DOCUMENTING THEIR MEETING.
The article about Raffensperger’s election in the United Front-linked newspaper can be translated into English via Google Translate, and states the following — emphasis added:
“One of the reasons why we did not participate in elections in the past was that “one more vote, one less vote has no effect on the results of the election.” This time is different. In the first round of election, there were only two candidates left in the 50th District of the House of Representatives where Johns Creek was located: Brad Raffensberger (sic) and Kelly Stewart. They are all conservative Republicans, with almost the same political opinions. Only 2,500 of the 25,000 voters in the first round voted: Brad was only 26 votes behind Kelley.

Brad took the initiative to approach the Asian community to understand and listen to our voices. He visited the Chinese Dance and Culture School in the city center the previous weekend. Last Saturday he visited the Atlanta Modern Chinese School with more than 500 students.

On Sunday, he hosted 30 Chinese at home to talk about his ruling philosophy. As a city councillor, he also participated in the award ceremony of my boy scout team and spoke on behalf of the city government…

According to statistical calculations, we only need 100 Chinese votes this time to determine the outcome of the election and make Brad a victory. He will represent our voice in the state legislature in the future. We have already boasted about Haikou with him and guaranteed 100 votes.

This is an excellent opportunity for us Asians to show their strength. Your vote has never been so important. Election day is Tuesday, February 3. If you can’t vote in person on the day of something, I can apply for an absentee ballet (sic) for you. After you receive it, you can fill in and send it out. Due to the tight mailing time, if you need, please email me vale@PingMortgage.com.

In addition, in the municipal council election in September this year, Chinese people are likely to stand for election. Thank you for your attention…Xiao Yu”

(NOTE: Georgia law forbids people applying for absentee ballots for other people except if the person is out of the county temporarily or if the person applying is a direct relative of the voter).

HERE IS A 2017 ARTICLE IN WHICH THE SAME CHINESE-LANGUAGE PUBLICATION BRAGS ABOUT HANDPICKING RAFFENSPERGER FOR OFFICE, stating, “After a month of hard work and help from the Chinese, he finally won the final election…Shun aroused fighting spirit, so I and Brad reported the number of Chinese votes every hour. In the end, Brad won the victory. The numbers we quoted are very close, obviously the Chinese votes played a key role in winning.”

HERE IS A VIDEO OF RAFFENSPERGER SPEAKING AT THE EVENT, FOLLOWING A MANDARIN SPEAKER, BEGGING THE CHINESE PEOPLE FOR VOTES.

Raffensperger discusses absentee ballots at 0:48, discusses the number of votes he needs to win specifically at 1:12, hints at trading political favors with the expression “Out of little acorns, great trees grow” at 1:27, and again begging for votes at 3:12.

HERE IS MORE OF RAFFENSPERGER SPEAKING AT THE EVENT

Fractal Programming Overview

Fractal Programs are composed of a set of statements called Instructions. The Instructions are written in a language that is similar to the C programming language. The Programming Language supports a complete set of control structures including if statements, while loops, for loops, switch statements, inline functions/methods, arrays, and user defined objects. The complex data type is the fundamental variable type, and arithmetic operators and functions handle complex operands/arguments. A rich set of built-in functions/methods are included, and you can develop your own library of functions/methods for use throughout the application.

In addition to general programming support, the Fractal Science Kit supports a set of constructs used to define the properties pages associated with your programs. The user can interactively change the values of the properties on the properties pages to control program execution. Program Properties include enums, function proxies, option maps, options, option arrays, constants, and data tables.

In this tutorial we will examine 2 types of programs; Fractal Equations and Orbital Equations. These are the instructions that define the fractal iteration and are fundamental to understanding a fractal. Fractal Equations are the programs used to define Mandelbrot / Julia / Newton Fractals, and Orbital Equations are the programs used to define Orbital / IFS / Strange Attractor Fractals. Other Program Types supported by the Fractal Science Kit include Data Collection Programs, Color Controllers, and Complex Transformations.

You should work through the Fractal Equations section of this tutorial before you move on to the Orbital Equations section since these have been structured to build on one another.

This tutorial is a little different than the other Tutorials. While those concentrate on navigating the Properties Pages hierarchy, learning about key properties, and using the Built-in Programs to generate a variety of fractals, this tutorial introduces you to the key concepts involved in writing your own fractal programs.

The descriptions given in this tutorial are not as detailed as those in the other Tutorials and I recommend that you work through those first so that you have a basic understanding of the application windows and the property page hierarchy. At a minimum, you should read the 1st page of the Tutorials which contains basic concepts required in the following sections.

Fractal programming means a single developer builds a small system on their laptop with all the features for the eventual production system. The app may process 25,000 customers out of the app's domain of 100 million. Yet, those 25,000 customers exemplify most of the use cases for the eventual production system.

Does that help? 🙂

The road to th Election Fraud is a slippery slope. It can start with just favoring laws that make it easier to vote by a party that had trouble exciting their base into doing the necessary work to do so. Along the way the ease of voting will include some fraudulent voting. The next step on the road is to turn a blind eye to that. The next step is to notice the fraudulent voting helps your side a bit more..so you use lawsuits and pass laws where you can to make the fraud easier. When called out by the opposition for promoting voter fraud, have a go to defensive reaction and accuse them of suppressing the vote for their own advantage. You will be atleast partially right, since it would be to their advantage to undo the laws you are pushing for your own advantage over them. If the election is super important to you then the next step will be tempting...taking a blind eye to members of your own political party ramping up the fraud on a more industrial scale. Of course at this point you have crossed the Rubicon and there is not turning back. And you can not afford to let your enemies expose what you’ve done, so you have to be particularly viscious to those that would expose it. Even if it means labeling them as terrorists unjustly. Its too late to do anything else. The truth is not something you can afford to come to light. It must be suppressed at all costs.

Yes, that helps. Thanks! I always just called that programming. But maybe I’ll put “fractal programming” on my resume. ;-)

No, I’m pretty certain that’s not the same thing. What you posted is about concerns visualizing (i.e. making pictures of) true fractals such as Mandelbrot and Julia sets, iterated function systems, etc. This is neat stuff, but it doesn’t have any relevance to cleaning up messy data. I think Robert’s explanation in post #7 is closer to the mark. People like to use fancy words like “fractal” to make simple things sound sophisticated.

"I always just called that programming."

Yeah, me too. Sounds like marketing buzzwords for what this database programmer's been doing for the last 35 years. $:-)

The U.S. Constitution and Federal Code have a legal procedure, called a quo warranto, to reject members of Congress elected by an UNLAWFUL election that fails to obey election laws. It happened after the Civil War. The states guilty of insurrection lost their representation in Congress for a set period of time. GA should lose its representation immediately for violation of election materials retention laws. If they cannot provide videos of ballot boxes because the Election Board overrode Federal law and told workers to delete them after 30 days, they lose their vote in Congress. If they modify election machine access logs within the retention period, they lose their votes in Congress.

Georgia ballot harvesting probe casts fresh light on past Democrat efforts to make tactic legal
https://justthenews.com ^ | Updated: January 10, 2022 | By John Solomon and Aaron Kliegman// Posted 1/11/2022, by Red Badger

Top Democrat election lawyer Marc Elias called third-party ballot gathering one of “four pillars” to success.

**************************************************************************

Eight months before the contentious November 2020 election, the Democrats’ top election lawyer penned an article on a site frequented by voting activists suggesting that ballot harvesting — a tactic, outlawed in most states, in which third-party activists gather and deliver voters’ ballots — be made lawful in order for Democrats to succeed.

Marc Elias not only called ballot harvesting one of the “four pillars” of a successful election but also, along with other Democrats, sued to overturn harvesting bans in two states. He lost in Georgia in 2020 and lost in Arizona last year in a case that reached the U.S. Supreme Court.

As Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger launches an investigation into an allegation of widespread harvesting in that state’s 2020 elections, attention has been refocused on earlier failed Democrat efforts to make the ballot collection tactic legal and whether rogue elements in the Peach State tried to carry it out despite the ban.

Elias pushed for the legalization of ballot harvesting in a March 2020 article, posting it on Democracy Docket, a self-described “progressive media platform” that he founded.

Titled “Four Pillars to Safeguard Vote by Mail,” the document argues that states must adopt universal mail-in voting and no-excuse absentee ballots. Historically, absentee ballots were only meant for voters who had a legitimate reason for being unable to vote in person, such as military deployment overseas.

The article adds that certain safeguards are necessary to prevent voter disenfranchisement, particularly among young voters and voters of color. Elias then outlines “four requirements that, at a minimum, states should implement to ensure that eligible voters may fully participate in the election this November.”

The first three requirements are that postage for mailed ballots must be free for voters; ballots postmarked on or before Election Day must count, even if they arrive after everyone’s done voting; and signature matching laws should be softened “to protect voters.”

The fourth pillar to ensure a successful election, according to Elias, is ballot harvesting, which he describes as “an important tool” in which “community organizations” collect and deliver “voted, sealed mail-in ballots for counting.”

Elias and other Democrats say the practice is important to ensure voters who don’t have easy access to outgoing mail or need extra help to get their ballots delivered can have their votes counted. They accuse Republicans of wanting to ban harvesting in order to suppress the vote.

Republicans and other critics counter that ballot harvesting allows third parties who have a stake in the outcome of an election — such as members of campaigns and political parties — to have access to voters and their absentee ballots in an unsupervised setting. Such a practice, they argue, opens the door to potential fraud, intimidation, and other forms of coercion.....snip.....
