As long as they exclusively use state funds, with NO suplanting of federal funds - at all - no funny business, then I’m all for it. They’re going to mandate they get vaxxed too, correct?
We can see the incremental approach the left is using to get to their predetermined point of letting illegal immigrants vote. As we all know, that’s what this has always been about. It has nothing to do with compassion or altruism, this is exclusively about hooking up junkies to the public IV drip in exchange for perpetual voting.
Why not provide it to everybody?

The electorate of California voted this down overwhelmingly in 1994.
One federal judge threw it all out in 1996.
Newsom and his Mexican thug buddies repealed what was left of the Voters Will over the last few years.
This of course will be the coup de grace, his final spitting on the will of the voters. It will undoubtedly become law as they have a supermajority in the legislature voted in by illegals.
The school population of California is now 77% non-white, what the idiot school rating websites call “a majority of minorities”. I have no idea how a majority can be called a minority, but that’s what they do.
Newsom and his handlers think they can pay for it all with ruthless taxation, but of course, all they will really do is chase out taxpayers. The notion that somehow capital gains from three companies will fund the whole thing is comical.
But since he was a baseball player turned bar owner, we don’t expect high level thinking from him.
