...if Judge Bruce Schroeder accepts the deal,
Black will plead no contest to the non-criminal citation
and pay a $2,000 fine...

OK, so basically they are just robbing him of $2,000.

The Law bears little resemblance to Justice, but strongly identifies with theft.

How would pleading no contest to a non-criminal citation lead to his losing his 2nd Amendment rights?

It’s rare to get more Justice than one is willing to pay for and tough to know exactly what the current price of Justice is in any cou8rt.

It wasn’t a Felony, he shouldn’t lose any rights.

Unlikely, if he’s only pleading to a non-criminal citation. No felony charges.
To: ChicagoConservative27
What’s the problem here? Seems like the law is intended to catch those who sells weapons to gangs?
To: BipolarBob
I do not think he will lose his 2nd Amendment rights: "a non-criminal citation of contributing to the delinquency of a minor." Sounds like a civil offense.
Cheaper to pay the fine than the lawyer.

This doesn’t seem like a bad decision. I think he keeps all his rights and it acts as a deterrent. It is something he shouldn’t have done. Kyle’s mom could and should have purchased it for him if she thought it was OK. That is what parents are for.

“contributing to the delinquency” ...of Kyle Rittenhouse.
Can the court be sued for defamation? Since when was he declared delinquent?

I stand (I’m sitting) corrected. If he keeps his rights, he did the right thing.

Dominick Black, 20, had faced two felony charges of delivering a dangerous weapon to a minor, resulting in death. If I remember correctly the rifle was delivered to Kyle’s dad and not Kyle.
And the rifle was kept at Kyle’s dad’s home.
I think that most people would agree that there is nothing illegal in that arrangement.
The deaths that occurred were completely legal as far as I am concerned.
