A Missouri woman charged with the infamous theft of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s name plate during the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol Complex is facing an altogether more serious legal issue in her home state as of this week. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Emily Hernandez, 22, was driving drunk on the wrong side of the highway during a fatal crash that killed another motorist on Wednesday evening in Franklin County.
The incident occurred on Interstate 44 and resulted in the death of 32-year-old Victoria Wilson, authorities allege. Another man, Wilson’s husband, who was driving the car, was also seriously injured.

A MAGA supporter is very law abiding but there are just a few with a screw loose and when this happens the left is smart enough to run with it. Most who entered the capitol are hardened leftists imo but who gets blamed? The MSM knows but does it matter?
Look at the picture and the caption and tell me with which hand the woman, if it is Emily Hernandez, is holding the nameplate.
Taking Pelosi’s nameplate in the national panty raid was “infamous“. Not getting drunk and driving on the wrong side of the road. No, the prank was infamous.

I had wondered - we’ve all seen the scene of the murder, but when/who had smashed the window? So now we know.

Lot’s of people make bad decisions. Most of those decisions don’t make the news. Life takes different paths and turns. It’s easier to go down that path if you don’t drink and drive.
