Two cases will be argued today beginning at 10.
National Federation of Independent Business v. Department of Labor (OSHA Mandate)
and Biden v. Missouri (Healthcare mandate)

I think it will be 6-3....shooting down any mandate.
“One of the things I talked about when this first hit was that OSHA, the EPA, FDA, etc. exist outside of the legal framework.”
On the contrary. In US v SWANCC and US v Raponos, the USSC ruled that agencies can’t make up “laws” that go beyond clear congressional legislative intent.
How these USSC decisions apply to the current issue is beyond my pay grade.
Cheers.
I would not be terribly surprised if the USSC starts a second civil war.
What we have on our side is the terminal stupidity of the deep state. This was clearly demonstrated to us when the deep state bureaucrat morons living in Virginia piled onto I-95 in their cars with a blizzard hitting, without food, water, tire chains and blankets.
Then they called Uber to deliver pizzas to their cars. You can’t make this stuff up.

That's an interesting observation.
I operate under the presumption this site, along with all conservative sites, are under monitoring of the intelligence community.
Conservatives have been identified as the problem in this country.
No doubt there are key words and/or phrases that trigger a watch on the post.
In a sane world, yes, but....
I wish/hope they would have some of the doctors from the FLCCC testifying.
Yeah, it's like putting flashing lights on FR.
They have ONE JOB: Is this Constitutional or not? Did Congress give OSHA the authority to mandate a vaccine?
It’s YES or NO.
Clearly, we know the answer is NO.
The IDIOTS on the USSC (Save for Judge Thomas and perhaps Alito) know the answer should be NO, the rest clearly believe the answer should be YES because of their fears.
Bingo. Under Roberts previously used logic of Supreme Court should not take on duties the congress is responsible for he should be ruling against.
Will be revealing to see what he does on this one...
Sad but true.
Excellent,
True..but it may be too late
Ha ha ha
