Catch-22 - you are building new manufacturing plants in the USA because you cannot trust supply chains to China. But, you need items from China to build them.
There are now 11 steel mills under construction in the USA.

That is a good thing! I had not heard about the new steel mills.
Glad to know about new steel mills underway. Now we just need a government that will let them make steel and a profit.
