I cannot imagine a physician denying this treatment if they have available monoclonal antibody . Denying treatment when resources are there will result in a malpractice suit, censure by the physician board.
No physician in their right mind would follow this. If a person was denied, all they need to do is have a lawyer on speed dial.
You probably have to have standing, by being denied a treatment. Now that this is being publicized, I am sure there will be pushback from patients. If your life is on the line, no matter how you vote, you are going to fight this mandate.
Playing racial groups against each other is one of the ways democrats keep blacks on their plantation.
Other racial groups will suffer deaths of loved ones and blacks will be blamed... even though this decision was made by white liberals.
Monoclonal antibodies are good, and have saved many lives. My objection is to the new EUA medications which have many harmful or deadly side effects.
There are "off-label" treatments as effective (or better) and with few side effects, such as HCQ, Ivermectin, Budesonide, and others.
This entire centralized Communist medical program using expensive and dangerous "new" EUA medications which cost 100-500X as much is what is disgraceful - even criminal. They are simply cash cows for Big Pharma, government bureaucrats and politicians, and the hospital medical industry and of course they cost we taxpayers billions in subsidies not to mention unneccessary suffering and deaths.
People should be in jail or executed for what is going on with this malignant and evil biological attack.
My family is on ivermectin right now.
There is little question it saved the lives of our daughter and son-in-law when they got the COVID, both badly. Our daughter caught it last January. We got her the horse paste kind at a local AG store. It started knocking it out within several hours. It surely kept her out of the hospital as she was deteriorating rapidly and couldn't even lie down. Her recovery was slow but sure. She is now in perfect health again.
Our SIL is a cancer survivor with little immunity. He was admitted to the ICU in late October when they refused him monoclonal antibodies as his O2 was too low. There they tried to give him Remdesivir and told him to expect a ventilator next. He (along with our daughter) refused those treatments. They gave him up for palliative treatment and death and he deteriorated. Fortunately, his ICU "day" doctor was a real doctor and got him some ivermectin on the sly. SIL "miraculously" improved and was out of ICU the next day. Today he is out mountain biking with our daughter, 3 months later. The doctor, of course, is no longer with the hospital. He administered an "unapproved" treatment.
It is a medical miracle, no doubt about it - along with a doctor who cared.
