Russia's Vladimir Putin has warned his US counterpart Joe Biden that imposing new sanctions over Ukraine could lead to a complete breakdown in relations.
In a phone call late on Thursday, the Russian president said such sanctions would be a "colossal mistake".
Mr Biden, meanwhile, told Mr Putin that the US and its allies would respond decisively to any invasion of Ukraine....
....The build-up has prompted concern in the West, with the US threatening Mr Putin with sanctions "like none he's ever seen" if Ukraine comes under attack....
...Although the two sides exchanged warnings during the call, Russian foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov told reporters shortly after that Mr Putin was "pleased" with the conversation. He added that it had created a "good backdrop" for future talks.
A senior US official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the tone had been "serious and substantive....

You and your fellow Putinista, mac_truck, are two seriously screwed up in the head you-know-whats.
There was a guy who used that term alot. Is that you ETL?
The term “Putinista” has been used here and elsewhere for years to describe phony pieces of crap like you and others who ceaselessly defend KGB Putin and his evil expansionist agenda.
Can’t for the like of me understand why you are allowed to remain here doing what you do, as obvious as it is, for all of these years. Are a truly demented soul.
Yes, McGruff and his/her girlfriend, mac truck, are two truly demented individuals. Yet they are not alone here in their never-ending defense of the reemerging evil empire that is Putin’s Russia. They are 2 very sick puppies.
Russia is in bed with damn near every Communist and hard Left dictatorship on the planet, including communist China, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, arming them, conducting joint war games, and standing firmly behind them.
Not only that, they conspired in the 2016 and 2020 elections with the Democrats to create the illusion that it was Trump who was! Obviously, the Russians would many times more preferred Hillary, and definitely Biden-Harris, over Trump-Pence!
This is a typical 'moving the goal posts' statement from you. Mariupol has not seceded from Ukraine and is clearly in territory "controlled" by Ukraine.
Why would Ukrainians be attacking Jews in an area dominated by ethnic Russians and far from Kiev where the Nazis supposedly have free reign?
Its a real puzzle...maybe Cesar knows, since he was arrested for the hate crime. Here's his Ukrainian national identity card...interesting haircut.
Hard to know sometimes if some of you pro-Putin creeps are really that stupid, or are just pretending to be.
For one thing, Trump praises lots of people. He even praised Obama! It's just part of the way he does things. Art of the deal stuff. Truth is, despite all of Hillary and the Dems bogus "tough talk" on Putin and Russia, they have bent over backwards to appease him, on such critical things as Obama's promised and delivered "flexibility" on missile defense, the Russia-favoring, New Start nuke treaty, the Putin-loving Iran deal, Obama and Hillary's Uranium-One deal, where they allowed Russia to gain control of an estimated 20% of OUR uranium production!. And now the traitorous Nord Stream pipeline deal, in which Biden provided the Russians a means of further financing their evil, expansionist agenda.
Joe's son Hunter brought in $3.5 MILLION from Russia, and likely more than that from the Russia-allied owner of Burisma. The owner of Burisma was part of the regime that Putin installed in the Ukraine through a rigged election. An earlier pro-US opponent of that Russian puppet president was nearly killed in an attempted assassination by poisoning. His face was left badly pock-mocked and scarred for months afterwards.
After this call, the Ball is in Putin’s Court. What will he do now? Something underhanded is my bet. An event of some type. It will be clever, unexpected and bloody. Russians use a hammer rather than scalpel. America has a lot of places where we are weak. Iran could do something in the Gulf. Terrorists do something in Europe. Even North Korea could act. The other shoe will drop in February or March—Spring will see action, I fear.

In an effort to depict Donald Trump as if he were in an espionage conspiracy with the Kremlin, the Obama administration used bogus information, from a man the FBI suspected was an actual Russian spy.
It turns out that Igor Danchenko, the man the FBI suspected of being an actual Russian spy, initially provided the bogus information about the American, Carter Page, through a former British spy, Christopher Steele.
Through a couple of cut-outs, Steele had been retained by the Clinton campaign to dig up — or, alas, to make up — Russian dirt on Trump.
Through his private intelligence business in London, Steele was known to be working for Russian oligarchs, while Danchenko was on Steele’s payroll.
That is, the Clinton campaign, and ultimately the Obama administration, colluded with Russians for the purpose of accusing Donald Trump of . . . yes . . . colluding with Russians.”

Clearly, the Clinton operation is heavily working with Russians or Russian disinformation.

Re: Top-level Putin aide Vladislav Surkov
"She [HILLARY CLINTON] launched the [Russia] 'reset' policy after the murders of Alexander Litvinenko, a former Russian intelligence agent who had been granted asylum in Britain, and Anna Politkovskaya, Russia's leading investigative journalist.
In both cases, the regime of Vladimir Putin was directly implicated. [both were poisoned]
Instead of trying seriously to deter Russian aggression, which in Ukraine so far has claimed more than 10,000 lives, the Obama administration in 2009 created the McFaul-Surkov commission.
Michael McFaul, Mr. Obama's chief adviser on Russia, was tasked with building civil society alongside ((Vladislav Surkov)), a Kremlin aide responsible for suppressing it. ..."

Re: ((Vladislav Surkov))
"On October 11, 2016, [Christopher] Steele was interviewed in Washington by [Hillary-Obama] State Department official Kathleen Kavalec.
In that interview, he [Steele] identified two of his insider Kremlin sources as Vladislav Surkov and Vyasheslov Trubnikov.”
Surkov has spent over a decade moving up in the regime. In 2013, he became Putin's personal adviser, particularly on Georgia and Ukraine, where Putin has since made major territorial annexations.
Kremlin-wise, Surkov is top-echelon; he's sometimes referred to as "Putin's Rasputin."
Trubnikov is a longtime regime eminence who ran the SVR (Russia external intelligence service, analogous to the CIA) before Putin came to power. Since then, he has continued to be an insider, while moving on to critical positions...”

"Foreign politicians talk about Russia's interference in elections and referendums around the world. In fact, the matter is even more serious: Russia interferes in your brains, we change your conscience, and there is nothing you can do about it."

FYI,
The Ukrainians that the Bidens, Obama and Hillary were working with were the PRO-RUSSIA faction. There are 2 factions there, one supportive of Russia, the other, very much opposed.
For example, although you likely haven't heard or read about it much anywhere, Ukrainian gas giant Burisma is owned by Mykola Zlochevsky, a close ally of Russian president Putin. In fact, he was an official in the 'puppet' regime that Putin had installed in the Ukraine through a rigged election.
That former 'puppet' president was thrown out of office in 2014 following Ukraine's "Euromaidan revolution" and immediately went into hiding in Russia where he remains today wanted in Ukraine for the crime of high treason. Zlochevsky fled to Russia as well but later returned.
That said...
Rudy Giuliani, Sean Hannity show, Fox News, May 2019...
GIULIANI: He [Hunter Biden] was working for the most corrupt company in the Ukraine [Burisma]. He was working for [Mykola Zlochevsky] a Ukrainian oligarch who was being protected by Putin. The same Putin that we have been hearing about for all this time, right? Imagine that.
GIULIANI [continuing]: Putin's friend was paying Joe's son three, four, five, possibly more, millions of dollars. And he got under investigation. And Joe bragged two years later that he got the prosecutor general fired. He just left out of it that the prosecutor general was investigating his son and his son's crooked boss [Putin's friend]. And then afterwards, the case disappeared."

Starting with our southern border.
Look how stupid you are looking so desperately for anti-semetic attacks, to prove your "Ukraine is a Nazi country" bullshit, while then telling me Ukrainians then quickly arrested the poo flinger.
We can play these little anecdotal games, but at the end of the day, you prove nothing by them, and you know it.
