Why would Ukrainians be attacking Jews in an area dominated by ethnic Russians and far from Kiev where the Nazis supposedly have free reign?

Through his private intelligence business in London, Steele was known to be working for Russian oligarchs, while Danchenko was on Steele’s payroll.
