Former President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he will hold his first campaign-style rally of 2022 on Jan. 15 in Arizona, nine days after a news conference at which he is expected to relitigate the deadly riot by his supporters at the US Capitol.
The rally in Florence, Ariz., about 60 miles southeast of Phoenix, will be Trump’s first set-piece event with supporters since an October rally in Iowa....
.... The 45th president is widely assumed to be running to regain the White House in 2024, but has said he will not make an official announcement until after this coming November’s midterm elections.

I don’t watch his rallies but I really hope he calls out Ducey, Brnovich and the Republicans in Maricopa Cty. Especially after they admitted to withholding subpoenaed evidence.

current political stats: US overall: dems 30%; reps 25% of registered voters. Indies overwhelmingly vote dem so why they call themselves independents must just be a vanity thing.
Unless more people trade their couches for tennis shoes and phone banks and get to recruiting more reps, Dems will keep winning.

I’ve been to 4 including his two SoCal rallies pre-election - electric crowds.
I went to one in 2016 and I attended one US Open for golf in 2007 and one Super Bowl in 1979.
One of each was enough.
All were exciting and memorable but the day lasted what seemed like 50 hours and I have no desire to repeat.
Trump held a rally in my city, but I didn’t know until the morning of the rally. Sad.
