Simple the 16th was never ratified by 3/4 of the states - null and void, which also abolishes IRS.
Repeal 17th but likely will have to eliminate most every 3 letter agency 1st. Maybe keep original 3 and any other that show a constitutional mandate.

The Dems took control of Washington DC, and the Dems are looking to cement their permanent majority by implementing the cheating enabled by the voting changes of 2020. As Joseph Stalin said, “It doesn’t matter who votes or how; it only matters who counts the votes.”
The Dems are looking to turn America into the authoritarian system we see in China.

So what is the solution? Certainly not secession or an armed revolution. It starts with stopping the Dems’ new voting legislation. Will the Dems be successful in eliminating the filibuster, the only way this proposed legislation can pass. Sinema says she will not support the elimination of the filibuster.
Should the law pass, the next step is to go to the courts. Federalization of elections is unconstitutional. The fight will go on, including restoring integrity to the electoral process. It starts at the local and state levels.
I totally agree that the ideal solution would be to fight and win the current battle.
At the same time, I challenge the Dems/Libs and anyone else who suggests that we eliminate/replace the Constitution (i.e. the topic of this thread), that doing so basically returns sovereignty to the individual states. In this latter scenario, I would work hard to ensure that Texas did not rejoin any ‘new’ nation.
