I told my husband when this news hit that she (or her representative) will claim a chemical imbalance or that she has entered rehab to work on her problems. Also, will probably agree to anger management classes and receive a slap on the wrist from the judge.

Funny thing about alcoholism.
Her friends and family must be trying to convince her she’s hit rock bottom and encouraging her to get help.
She’d struggle mightily realizing recovered alcoholics and addicts who overcame homelessness, incarceration, suicide attempts, et. al. are far superior to her in almost every way.
