The COVID-19 vaccine shots won’t be enough to combat the omicron variant, according to Ugur Sahin, the CEO of vaccine developer BioNTech.
“We must be aware that even triple-vaccinated are likely to transmit the disease,” he told French daily Le Monde. “It is obvious we are far from 95 percent effectiveness that we obtained against the initial virus,” he added. He added that the vaccine is now 70% to 75% effective against stopping COVID-19 infection. RELATED

“There will be a loss of effectiveness against Omicron over time, it’s very likely, but it’s still to be measured how quickly. I will not base predictions on preliminary laboratory data but on real-life data, which is much more appropriate,” Sahin said.

Of course not, COVID-19 has mutated to around those vaccinated and to reach those not yet exposed to COVID-19. None of this should be surprising. What was surprising was the almost immediate surrender of the American people to their “leaders”.

And I still continue to hear from people who drank the koolaid that they are not worried about any of variants because they’ve been vaccinated and they are now totally safe. And they are are free to be around other people because they wont have to worry about it spreading from a vaxed person.
If you want the job, fine whatever. Just stop the nonsense that it protects you from getting the virus and spreading it to others.

mRNA is gene therapy not a vaccine. I know we on Free Republic are aware of this. The Eloi who listen to the Morlock media are unaware they are being set up for some real bad adverse effects in the future, and I would guess the near future, just far enough away that the Morlocks can say the huge increase in deaths has nothing to do with spike proteins clumping together. We’ve been post vaccine for some time - Florida moved on to implementing treatment from the time bought by the vaccines. The states that did not do that...well, you see the results. A second term of Trump would have been Operation Warp Speed II for putting in a full treatment infrastructure while Biden just was stuck on vaccines for the original virus. The narrative from the Trump administration also would not have been to make personal healthcare decisions about whether or not you are “complying” with The Man.
Based on your you don’t know what mRNA is, what gene therapy is, or what a vaccine is. You strike out.
Even a big wig at Pfizer came out and said we decided to call it a vaccine because people would balk at a gene therapy. Probably not a good idea to post while you are at a bar.
Just the sound of the word COVID, reeks of evil. It sounds like an abbreviation for control via dictatorship.
