Darn the luck getting stuck driving in that mess. Slick streets along with the after-Christmas sales shoppers is an ugly combination. Glad you made it home in one piece!
When I read - and saw on the cam - that there was freezing rain, the first thing I thought of was your deck and you going out to feed the ducks. Do NOT want you slipping and hurting yourself!

Yesterday at Comanche Lake:
Yesterday morning I went to get our KFC supper, Gizmo was outside of course. 34 minutes later I return and there was Gizmo outside the fence. I had to admonish him for that. 2nd time in a week.
I strengthened the fence to where he can't get out. We'll see how it goes today.

I actually stayed locked up in a room afraid to spread my sickness to them.
It was a tough day, hurt not being with them.
I had bad chills, felt like crap even threw up in trash.
Rough day, better yesterday today I’m feeling yuk!

Still snowless, but today is cold enough for a snowfall. I’m unfortunately traumatized after slipping on the ice last year & breaking my shoulder.
