BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A man from Boca Raton is accused of shooting his neighbor over loud music, according to deputies.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to shooting on Christmas Eve at a home near Neptune Road and Shady Pound Lane.
Deputies say upon arrival, two men where holding the suspect down, 31-year-old Zachary Moncada, in their front yard.
According to PBSO, Moncada shot the victim in the back over loud music.

Apparently shooter is a Florida Man. Anything can happen with or to Florida Man!
The victim was transported to West Boca Medical Center where he is said to be in stable condition.
Moncada was arrested and charged with first degree murder, aggravated assault, along several other charges.

I stopped reading at “ Florida man”.
I agree. I thought of doing this myself when I lived in an apartment in Chicago and the upstairs neighbor blasted their music.
If it was loud Springsteen...well...I’m just sayin’.....
On a cruise in the ‘80s, my friend asked a kid by the pool if he would please lower the volume of his boom box. He asked nicely 3 or 4 times with no luck. Finally, he went and grabbed the boom box and threw it overboard. There was applause. (My friend is a Florida man, but the reasonable guy in this scenario.)
If that were the case, I'd use a machine gun.
