I don't mind the definitions and standards changing IF AND ONLY IF a complete context is defined with each report. Panicked talk of cases rising when a bunch more people are testing leaves out a VERY important variable. And a bunch more people are testing why? (1) Undisciplined talk from Fauci, et.al., (2) holiday travel and family gatherings, (3) "marketing" of test kits.
