We do?? How...?? Unless all three are included in the same specific context ANY of the three statistics is meaningless. The ratios are different all over the world. Those differences cannot be compared without full context of cases, hospitalizations and deaths.

I don't mind the definitions and standards changing IF AND ONLY IF a complete context is defined with each report. Panicked talk of cases rising when a bunch more people are testing leaves out a VERY important variable. And a bunch more people are testing why? (1) Undisciplined talk from Fauci, et.al., (2) holiday travel and family gatherings, (3) "marketing" of test kits.
