I’m tired of the slow rollout, I hope they pass this law and start their roundups with the Hasidic Jews in Brooklyn that they’ve been harrassing for two years. Just drop the whole “these aren’t Nazi tactics” shtick and come clean with America.
If I was detained under a “law” like that, authorities should best have a mechanism to make it a life sentence. Otherwise, I hate to think what I’d do with the grudge I was released with.

Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegee and complying with subdivision five of this section.So the local health department could confine you for an unlimited time? What could a "conspiracy theorist" add to that?3. A person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegee pursuant to subdivision two of this section shall be detained for such period and in such manner as the department may direct in accordance with this section.”
