The jurors have found Kim Potter, the former Brooklyn Center police officer who shot and killed Daunte Wright, guilty on counts of both first- and second-degree manslaughter.
The jury had deliberated for approximately 28 hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Late Tuesday, they asked Judge Regina Chu what they should do if they could not arrive at a verdict. Speaking with the jurors, Chu told them they needed to continue with deliberations with open minds and a willingness to listen to each other’s viewpoints.

How does this relate to Ashley Babbit ?
That message has been received. One notable statistic is that for 2020, since the Assumption of St. Floyd and the start of the BLM Ministry, black traffic fatalities nationwide increased by approx. 33%, while the rest of the nation only rose 4%. Which has meant an extra approx. 2800 more dead black Americans due to traffic accidents
There is NO basis for first degree manslaughter in this case.

The answer to most of our problems is to deprive the left of it's massive public lie spewing system.
Till we get control of the system they use for spreading lies, we can't fix this country.
Stop the lies. That will eventually fix the problem.
So the jury decided she should have let him kill her partner.
Because they are trained and encouraged to, by Prog Leftist Marxist Democrat Traitors in the Media and Public "Schools".
Don’t you mean Saint Alex Baldwin?
From what I know of the circumstances she would have been justified in using lethal force. The danger the suspect posed isn’t lessened by the officer’s decision to use less lethal. Had a more competent office shot the suspect dead this probably would never have made National News.
Sad for the police officer, but realistically any private individual who did the same in that area would be in jail as well.
Location matters and it matters bigly. The writing is on the wall for the deep blue areas. Conservatives living there need to be on their way out the door.
Another show trial like Chauvin’s. Why would ANYONE be a cop?
Yep, that’s the message.
She likely got two or three activists on the jury. There was zero chance she was ever going to walk. They would sit and hold up an acquittal till kingdome come. The rest looked at the calendar and realized they didn’t want to miss Christmas with the family.
Four years ago my GF’s son graduated from community college with a certificate in criminal justice and was on track to become a cop. By that time the BLM and woke crap with associated cop abuse was full blown every day in the media.
Some family friends who were LEO advised him not to pursue it. He opted out of law enforcement and joined the Air Force instead.
The Law says what the Prog Left Marxist Democrat Unelected Bureaucrat Says it Says.
So we are to start prosecuting doctors for medical mistakes, right?
“why why why do these people RESIST ARREST !!!”
Especially, after they get released an hour later!
They are taught from an early age that the laws of white people are being forced upon them and they do not have to comply.
“intentionally” means the actor did the act under their own power versus something like dropping the gun and it went off.
No disappointment here. The two players involved were a useless career criminal and a useless cop who couldn’t do the simplest part of her damn job right.

That’s the way I see it too. I wonder if the judge has the power - and the guts - to throw that conviction out.
