He was aggressively resisting arrest. Two other officers had their bodies inside that car fighting with him as he was trying to DRIVE AWAY with them IN IT. He was an immediate threat to both those officers, his girlfriend passenger, and the public with the vehicle as a lethal weapon. If any other officer did this but said the correct thing would have never been questioned because they did WHAT THEY WERE TRAINED TO DO considering the situation.

Some day a completely innocent black person...meaning one with no record,one who isn't drunk or high,one who isn't resisting or fleeing...is gonna be killed by a white cop.
Hasn't happened yet,but someday it just might!

The police experts testified that the circumstances warrented lethal force. Even though she thought she was using a taser she would have been justified using a firearm.

Our jury system is broken. This is a travesty.

This will end up being an example of why we should not be hiring based on race/sex or any other subset that has nothing to do with being good at ones job. "A helluva price to pay for being stylish."
