The Supreme Court late Wednesday agreed to hear legal challenges to the Biden administration’s Covid-19 vaccine mandates for large employers and health-care facilities.
The court, in an order, said that its consideration for requests to stay those mandates would be deferred until oral argument on Jan. 7.
The Supreme Court consolidated the applications of both challenges, which were considered by Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Samuel Alito, and both will be heard on Jan. 7.
Lower court orders, which allowed the employer mandate and partially allowed the health-care worker mandate, will remain in effect until then.

If Trump’s judges support these obviously illegal mandates he might as well not bother running in 2024.

Absolutely. And a win for the tyrants everywhere. And we all know how much Roberts loves tyrants (and hates the Constitution, apparently).
I can’t really see allowing this power grab by the executive branch, using OSHA, to circumvent the responsibilities of the Legislative branch. We can no longer call this an emergency, as individuals have had time and opportunity to seek vaccination. This is simply a question if the executive can force people to experimental medical treatments, as a means of remaining in the workforce or having jobs and prosperity.
Should this be seen as “Constitutional” then we have slipped beyond any chance of a functional Republic. This responsibility was never, and should have never been, a Federal Government power.

Anyone who has made the choice to not be vaccinated is NEVER GOING TO BE VACCINATED! Biden and any business saying otherwise can take their mandate and cram it up their cram hole as this discussion has ended.
There is ZERO excuse not to stay the mandates immediately. It is obviously an irreversible process. You cannot untake a vaccine and you WON’T get your job back. All the harm is front-loaded, and it is OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional to have OSHA give rules like that.

won’t stop the company mandates as there is no risk to the CEO’s. Either states direct the liability where it belongs or the deaths of many CEO’s from adverse reactions will shut this down hate to say.
