Sadly, Congress also only seems willing to play smoke and mirrors like everyone else.
ERIC’s secrecy violates federal law. Under the National Voter Registration Act, anyone has a right to publicly inspect records related to voter roll maintenance. Courts have uniformly upheld these public inspection rights in case after case, most of which I have been involved in as an attorney.
This is a side issue. In PA the mial in voters must send in requests for the ballots. This is in some way limiting to real live people not dead people or people in other states. THe real issue in PA. Delco, Montco, and Philly was that the counties counted more mail in ballots than they were able to record for the actual mail in voters into the SURE system which keeps track of the actual voting records of people. 29k more in delco and about 400K state wide determined by Frank Ryan. This has already been determined but nothing is being done by the so called auditors. Dush. Corman who wants to be governor and should be asked the status at every press conference and every interview and is not geing held accountable and will not get my vote.
Judicial Watch has been successfully suing states for unclean voter registration rolls. How does that compare with the use of ERIC?

How does anyone know that ERIC is not manipulating the voter rolls to suit George Soros? If a state sends all that information to ERIC for “cleansing” then the state does not know what ERIC in fact does to it and what kind of detergent is being used. The states relinquish their right and duty to keep the voter rolls up to date and no longer pay attention to the rolls. What could go wrong? And all our good pols think 2022 is going to be a blow-out. They may be right about the blow-out but wrong about which side benefits. Why would Florida give Soros the task and opportunity to manipulate the voter rolls?
As long as states use RCV-enabled voting machines, even if every voter is a legal voter, elections can still be stolen.
If you use a printer or copier get plenty of ink/toner and paper way before the next election. It will all be in short supply by then as the people who can fabricate the most votes will win. Imagine millions of votes being cast in your local election and you live in a small town.
