The normal drug FDA approval process is 5-phased and takes about 9 years where things like adverse reactions, identification of side effects are identified and weighed against overall efficacy. THAT SIMPLY WAS NOT DONE, period. The entire population (those who were convinced to take it) was the test group.
Pharma started with an emergency FDA approval AND a blanket immunity that would make the Vax Court blush.

Keep in mind about 240.3 million people, or 72.4% of the total U.S. population, have received at least one dose of vaccine. That is the biggest sample size in history of USA.
Have you heard of 2.4 million people suffering from serious adverse effects? How about 1.2 million? If not the vaccines are at least 99.5%+ safe. Surgeries in hospitals are not nearly 99.5% safe.
