Former President Trump said on Sunday that he has received a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot.

The former president was asked by former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly during a speaking tour if he had received a booster shot for his coronavirus inoculation.

"Yes," Trump responded, sparking a reaction from the crowd gathered in Dallas.

He had a monoclonal antibody infusion. That defeats the virus but your immune system doesn’t learn to produce its own antibodies. That’s why he took the vaccine after recovering.

“He acquired natural immunity since recovering from covid, so why would he do this? Just one more reason why I support DeSantis now.”
********************************************************************

Governor DeSantis was COVID-19 vaccinated in April.

So who’s next on your 2024 shortlist?

I don’t think the issue is whether to get one or not. It’s whether one is forced or compelled to get one by Government authorities and the whether the Government can allow people to be “cancelled” who choose not to.

I think Trump gets that part of it.

“Trump one of the smartest guys on the planet, right up there with Elon Musk.”

Uh no, Trump possesses commonsense along the lines of say Ronald Reagan, but he’s hardly an intellectual nor does he seem to understand much about medical science or he never would have gotten that booster.

DeSantis remains at the top of my shortlist, Trump a distant second.

So it’s just Trump you don’t like… not the fact of being vaccinated?

The vaccination was just an excuse for you.

It’s kind of interesting that the CDC has no interest in studying the reinfection rate of people who have already had Covid but did not get any vaccines. There are some studies being done but not by official government USA.It sounds to me like they do not want to know about natural immunity. This is truly evil

Why would anyone want this injection? It does NOT protect you, and it may even kill you.

He is in the very vulnerable category and the entire purpose of it was to be able to protect the people who are most vulnerable.

I was a very early and fervent supporter of Trump, you can check my old posts history. And no I don’t hate him, I just prefer DeSantis for myriad reasons.

I will give credit for Trump to receive his shot as he is in a risk group. He almost died from Covid and knows people who did pass on.

“I’m sad to hear this.”

Sad? Why in the world would you be sad? He made a choice on his own and without being forced by intimidation tactics.

Isn’t that what we here are all about...choice?

Well, DeSantis is making the right moves to show himself to be built in a Trumpian mold.

“May he reap what he has sown on all those who take his advice”

His “advice” is and has always been for people to make their own decisions about whether or not to take the vax. IOW he is anti mandate.

Reading comprehension is apparently not one of your strong suits. Trump most assuredly acquired natural immunity after recovering from covid, how durable and robust that immunity is something we will have to wait and see.

I have been a strong Trump supporter from the day he announced his candidacy in June of 2015.

I do not worship and I was not happy regarding certain things, but supportive I have been. The business of this vaccine stuff is difficult for me to contend with. Trump has huge influence in our Nation, and these claimed vaccines are literally killing people.

He should shut up about it because once people really start dying in big numbers, he will not look good. This is a blunder of potentially epic proportions.

It is his choice but it shows that he doesn’t have a good grasp on the risks of these injections.
He should’ve declined to answer. It is nobody’s business and he should’ve left it at that.
