It is worse then that. The Libs have never let the African Americans off the plantation. The Libs destroyed the education system which prevented the youth from getting better jobs and escaping the plantation . The Libs rewarded the baby mommies with more money if the daddy abandoned the child. Result men have no responsibility. So now we have a group that has been abandoned on the plantation and need help because some decided to become criminals. Yes Hillary it takes a village to F things up this bad.
