University of Delaware to require COVID-19 booster shots(Omicron Panic)

The University of Delaware has made COVID-19 booster shots mandatory for students before returning to campus for the spring semester.

The university said that all students without a previous COVID-19 exemption are required to get a COVID-19 booster by Jan. 24. ---SNIP--- The school spiked at 67 cases in the last week of November and saw a slight dip to 56 infections to start December.

U of Delaware has about 25,000 (grad/under grad) students. Young adults with a 99.99% survival rate of Covid are required to get a booster or their vax IDs will be void.

I hope the people that went along with the initial vaccines in the hope that we could "return to normal" are getting it now. There is no return to normal. This stream of BS and never-ending boosters, and mandates, and variants and masks, and closures, and remote work/learning - will never end unless and until we make it end. The people in power like having these extra powers. Power, especially to some people such as those that seek it, is like a drug. They will never willingly give it up. We are going to have to return to normal, just do it as the saying goes. Refuse to comply with the little fascists. Force them to show their hand, show themselves for the tin-pot despots they are.
