US could name Russia ‘state sponsor of terrorism’

A group of American senators has introduced legislation to provide additional military support to Ukraine, proposing to designate Russia as a “state sponsor of terrorism” if Moscow aggressively strikes at its neighbor.

Eight Republican party legislators submitted the bill on Wednesday, naming it the GUARD Act, which stands for Guaranteeing Ukraine’s Autonomy by Reinforcing its Defense. The proposed legislation includes a range of measures designed to support Kiev, including authorizing $450 million in foreign military financing in 2022 and promising to designate Russia as a “state sponsor of terrorism” in the event of perceived aggression.

According to John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), one of the lawmakers introducing the bill, Russian President Vladimir Putin “is attempting to dominate and control Ukraine.” The senator said, “we cannot let this bold and dangerous behavior go unchecked. The United States and our allies must do more to deter Russia by increasing the costs of its aggression.”

The bill also includes additional sanctions against Nord Stream 2, the newly constructed pipeline that will bring Russian gas to Europe through the Baltic Sea. Ukraine, which stands to lose billions of dollars in gas transit fees, has described the project as a security threat. But despite strenuous objections from Kiev and Washington, European leaders have indicated that the pipeline will begin operations as soon as it clears bureaucratic obstacles.

The Satanic creatures “in charge” of the US Government really despise Christians.

It therefore comes as no surprise that they despise Orthodox Christian Russia.

At least somebody in the biden administration is trying to avoid a conflict with Russia

If the Republicans push aside trump and install a neocon candidate then we will have another situation where Obama is the lesser evil versus McCain

Some people want at least one war awful bad.

Let’s first defend our borders, reduce crime, and stop Antifa.

I wonder how is it possible for Ukraine to claim it is at war with Russia and to want to extract the gas transit fees at the same time?:) That’s “1984” on steroids.

What would the valiant senators do if Russia puts the nukes back to Cuba? The Cubans do not object for that I know. Venezuelans are begging for some as well.

Shielding George Soros would come a whole lot closer to that charge.

When a nation threatens its neighbor, it can be naked aggression. It isn’t necessarily terrorism.

The Palestinians utilize terrorism. Russia just bullies.

If ANTIFA and BLM are on Soros payroll, and Congress does nothing about it,
that is a form of state sponsored terrorism.

LOL, right what's the official Putin lie on the war in southeastern Ukraine? Its just Russian soldiers on vacation with their heavy weapons?

After months of denials, Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted for the first time Thursday that his country’s military is operating in separatist-held eastern Ukraine.

"We never said there were no people there who were carrying out certain tasks," Putin said during his annual end-of-year news conference in Moscow.

You must have some weird fantasy to interpret it as an admittance of the military presence.

As a side note, can you imagine France shipping German material between Spain and Germany when it was at war with Germany?

This is a Senate bill, and the sponsors, notably, are all RINOs and most are openly never-Trumpers.

JFTR, the only bill in the House titled “GUARD Act” was introduced back in May and has nothing to do with Russia.
