J6 Committee Fabricates More Evidence, Says Trump Waited 187 Minutes To Call For Peace. It Was Actually 25

Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney went after former President Donald Trump in her prime-time performance on Monday claiming that private messages of the president’s staff revealed an apathetic leader complicit in the riot at the Capitol as the attack unfolded.

“The violence was evident to all — it was covered in real time by almost every news channel,” said Cheney, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked vice chair of the Select Committee on January 6. “But, for 187 minutes, President Trump refused to act when action by our president was required, indeed essential, and compelled by his oath to our Constitution.”

Trump’s 187-minute delay to action, she added, was a “supreme dereliction of duty.” An actual examination of the day’s events, however, shows no such delay.

According to a detailed timeline of the turmoil by The New York Times, the first building was not breached until about 2:13 p.m. The timeline was corroborated by The Washington Post, which stamped the first break-in at 2:15 p.m. Trump’s first tweet addressing the upheaval shortly followed at 2:38 p.m., when the president made a plea for peace, writing, “Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!”

187 is police code for "murder."

I think it's analogous to the English King Henry II saying about Archbishop of Canterbury Thomas Becket, "Who will rid me of this troublesome [President Trump]?"

How long has it taken for the Democrat leaders to call for the BLM burnings murders and riots to stop? Hell, they unleashed them, chimed in and supported them, and made excuses for them.

Trump wasn’t in charge of the riots.

“But, for 187 minutes, President Trump refused to act

It took the LAAP-dog media longer than that to call Florida for Trump in 2020.

The article cites Trump’s tweets about the Capitol Police, but even Trump Jr. texted Meadows saying “He’s got to condemn this [shit] Asap. The Capitol Police tweet is not enough.”

And it is important to remember that order to activate the DC National Guard did not come from Trump (I recall that causing some outrage here on Jan. 6th.) Here’s what acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller tweeted: “Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the U.S. Capitol. We have fully activated the D.C. National Guard to assist federal and local law enforcement as they work to peacefully address the situation.” Notice that Miller does not mention Trump’s name. So what was Trump doing?

Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority” currently reads:

Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion. There were no court actions here and the people were in place.

This was the District of Columbia, federal property, but it is run with separate rules in this situation by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) who is the primary law enforcement agency for the District of Columbia control. The overseers are their Chief of Police and the Washington D.C. Mayor.

Through Executive Order 11485—which also predates the creation of D.C.’s local government made in October 1, 1969—the president’s authority over the DCNG was delegated to the Secretary of Defense. In turn, this authority was further delegated by memorandum to the Secretaries of the Army and Air Force for the D.C. Army National Guard and D.C. Air National Guard, respectively. The secretaries exercise this authority through the Commanding General of the DCNG, who is appointed by the president and fulfills the same role as the Adjutant General of a state National Guard organization.

Info on the EO:

https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/codification/executive-order/11485.html

The president has nothing to do in this type of problem and is not required to contact anyone to try to cease violent action. Action required has been delegated and was in operation as best controlled by the people in charge before Trump was even involved by his own efforts to try to quiet the incident. But he didn’t have to. There are other people doing that. This is just an effort to try to keep him out of 2024 by trying to destroy his campaign and dirty him to the voters.

Patriots should be before Congress this January 6 to protest the gathering scheduled by Democrats.

OK, 25 minutes between 2:13 and 2:38. But when did President Trump first become aware of what was actually happening at the Capitol?

Wait… this same kangaroo committee said yesterday that he didn’t call to stop it AT ALL. Cheney said it outright as did Schiff and called it a criminal act.

Now today they admit he did call for it to stop but complain he didn’t do it fast enough?!

This is BS. As a citizen of these United States I demand this commission be disbanded immediately and it’s members stripped of committee chairs.

This is an outrage and disgrace to this country.

Trump posted the Capitol Police tweet at 2:38pm, but Don Jr. tweeted Meadows after this saying: “He’s got to condemn this [shit] Asap. The Capitol Police tweet is not enough.”

I didn’t know that Twitter deleted Pres. Trump’s calls for peace on Jan. 6, and banned him for 12 hours.

Where’s that danged tinfoil hat of mine?
