Six men, including a decorated army veteran, were arrested in New York City last night after failure to show proof of vaccination.
New York City Police were called by the manager at The Cheesecake Factory in Queens, New York after a large group entered the restaurant without Vaccine Passports and were denied service. They continued to attempt to order food and drinks at the bar counter and from various tables around the restaurant. New York City Police were called.

Mitchell Bosch, a retired United States Army veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, was one of the men arrested.
“I served in Afghanistan, I served in Iraq,” said Bosch. “We are fighting an army much stronger than us. The enemy is the politicians, the oligarchies. We have to do civil disobedience in order to get medical freedom. All we want to do is get something to eat and drink and we will gladly get out of here. This is what its gonna take to get America to wake up- people to sacrifice, to get comfortable with getting uncomfortable. Our time is now. This is holding the line- today. We as the people take a stand. Even if it means we go spend a little time behind bars- we will not comply. WE WILL NOT COMPLY. Medical Freedom is not negotiable. Plain and simple. NOT NEGOTIABLE. I fought for this country in order to give everybody the opportunity for freedom- and I am not going to go down. I am willing to die for my country for freedom.”
The six men were part of a sit-in in defiance of the unprecedented “Key to NYC” Vaccine Passport Program.
“This is the civil rights movement all over again,” said Derrick Gibson, one of the men participating in the sit-in. “We are doing a sit-in at the Cheesecake Factory patiently asking to be served like everyone else in the restaurant and we are not moving until we are served. We are tired of living in New York City and being discriminated against.”
A New York City Police Captain and dozens of NYPD police were called to the restaurant when the unvaccinated patrons sat at the bar and at tables throughout the restaurants, refusing to leave and asking to be served. The Captain threatened the unvaccinated patrons that they would be arrested and charged with criminal trespass if they did not leave. He then changed his mind and said the charges “would be determined at the station”.
A restaurant manager told police he wanted to press charges against the un-inoculated therefore unwelcome guests.
Ray Velez, one of the arrested, stood and debated with the officers before he was handcuffed.
“We are here to access the facility in normal business hours, we are invitees of a public accommodating business, we are not committing a crime. We are here to eat, that cannot be criminal trespassing.”
‘You swore an oath to the Constitution,” Velez reminded the officers. He was arrested shortly after.
“Bro, you are taking orders. We fought for you bro, we fought for you NYPD,” another unvaccinated guest reminded police in a video.

“Nazis!”, yelled protesters outside at NYPD. “Traitors!”
“We must get our fellow Freedom Fighter’s backs,” said activist and Newsmax host John Tabacco. “They are willing to put themselves on the line and we have to stand behind them.”

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s “Key to NYC” program was a first of its kind vaccination mandate for workers and customers at indoor dining, fitness, entertainment, sporting events and other venues.
Mayor de Blasio, who is known to quote Karl Marx’s “Communist Manifesto” by memory, spearheaded the unprecedented program this past year.
“This mayor is the most hated in New York City History,” said Tabacco. “It takes a special type of person to be despised by both the police and Black Lives Matter. And everyone in between. He continues to insist on continuing to destroy freedom in New York City on his way out the door.”

The program now newly requires children aged 5-11 to show proof of one vaccination dose for those venues. New Yorkers aged 12 and older will be required to show proof of two vaccine doses, except for those who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.\
Not willing to make the sacrifice and truly fight these people? Be prepared to live like a slave the rest of your life.
They should have been looting. No one would have bothered them.
It’s a private business. Don’t like it? Don’t shop there. Don’t eat there. Or start your own business.
Is there a Law the Police are using to arrest people ?
I only go there when my wife drags me (one of her favorite places) but I'm safe in saying we've been there for the last time.
Meanwhile, a preview of attractions from NYS’s upcoming legislative session...

Read the comments. They think these people should be locked away forever.
Is it a corporate owned chain or is each store independently owned franchised?...........
Monty Python Skit ?
Criminal tresspass - the owner of private propety (Resturant) has the right to determine who can enter that property. In exercising that right, they can demand a person leave (tresspassed). If the person does not leave, that becomes a criminal offense and thus the arrest.
I’ve got their vaccination card hangin.
Cheesecake Factory ain’t worth it, phone book-sized menu full of mediocre food, rather greasy cheesecakes.
Not sure what his Veteran status has to do with the story.
Don’t get me wrong, I certainly respect veterans.
But when the writer add a veteran status to a story like this, it to generate a visceral response. In other words, they use it to generate clicks.
Don’t be manipulated like that.
Of course that’s the only opinions allowed on Farcebook
Arrests are made when a person is suspected of committing a crime. Interesting that the Captain was unable to name the crime.
Well, do conservatives support the right of private businesses to deny service to anyone they like or not? If I don’t like a business’s policies I just go somewhere else. Not sure the civil rights analogy works either. Not getting vaccinated is a choice. Race is an inherited and immutable characteristic.
And our military heros have fought and given life and limbs for our freedoms and Constitutional liberty???? And now they’re being F’d over by the communist leftist agenda!!
