A few updates on the battle to get FDA to release the licensure documents for Pfizer’s vaccine, which will hopefully address most of the inquiries on this matter:
1. The FDA incredibly failed to send a representative to a federal court hearing in this matter on December 14th because of the “FDA’s protocols” regarding COVID-19. Meaning, despite the federal health agencies’ compliance rate with its mandatory vaccination policy of over 98.8% and its resounding claim that the vaccines are “effective,” the FDA is apparently still scared. Its actions speak volumes and cast serious doubt on its words.
2. Just prior to the Court hearing, the FDA released additional documents. These included a report on vaccine safety and a report on vaccine efficacy. There are many notable portions, but we will leave that to the scientists to analyze noting that, as the experts in the plaintiff’s group have explained, adequate analysis of the vaccines’ safety and efficacy is nearly impossible to complete without the full universe of documents.
3. Contrary to what has been reported elsewhere, there has been no decision issued in this case yet and any documents produced to date have been produced by the FDA apparently in the hopes of softening any decision the Court may render.

Jeez… the Court should grant Default Judgements for any and all motions the plaintiffs make. Maybe then the next time the FDA representatives would show up.
Normally, when a party refuses to show up in Court, they risk a default judgment against them. But the Biden Administration is special.
We ceased to be a republic on Jan 6.
The law is now whatever Deep State says it is.

Good Grief!!!!!, so the doctors are getting paid extra for touting the clot-shot.
I’m getting ready in a few weeks to go to my annual well-visit check up, the only time I ever see my doc, and I am just going to have to put virtual duct tape over my mouth to keep from saying something really nasty and sinful to her which I would later regret doing. Last year’s visit she nearly had a fit when going over the Medicare required question as to what “medications” I take. The list is long and consists only of vitamins and supplements none of which she prescribed. So I just handed her the list and she wanted to know who prescribed them. She had no idea what Quercetin is and wanted to know why I was taking it. I just shrugged and told her that she might want to read up on it. I didn’t list the Ivermectin that I have on hand just in case, she might have had me arrested or committed to one of the local assisted living homes for that.
A no show in court is indicative that the FDA will never release the Pfizer data, regardless of what the court commands.
My wife used to take care of our family doctor when he was a child. There is a stong bond berween him and my wife. He is a good physician.
We have quite frank discissions with him. With regard to covid he has told us is: Legally I am prohibited from commenting. What you have said is not untrue. The course of action you are planning is exactly what I have done. Limiting one’s exposure to the vaccine is not an unwise decision.
So, that was enough for me and my wife.
Every aspect of the agencies of this government is concentrated on information control of THEIR design, hiding FOIA required data, and to obfuscate, delay and hinder transmission of data that does not support the Administration’s party line. And when you do catch them, they outright refuse and dare you to challenge, sue or react in any other legal manner. There’s been nothing like this in our history. No question about that.

So that is why the receptionist, PA, NP and the Dr. are vaxx vaxx vaxx from the time I walk in until I am headed out the door.
To bad for them, I fired my Dr., now they get nothing.
