I simply can’t understand why Oswald would not have taken his shots when Kennedy’s open-top car was coming towards him, along Houston street. Oswald had a full body shot, JFK’s car was moving slowly, and it was moving towards his position
Rather, Oswald waited until Kennedy’s car turned left on Elm, was at an angle, started to speed-up and away from his position, and he then only had a neck/head shot.

The CIA released something after 58 years that completely clears them, and proves that Oswald was part of a Soviet plot and confirms the official narrative.
That must be why they sat on it for 58 years. And why Poppy Bush never could remember where he was when JFK was murdered.

The government had intel the Russians were planning to assassinate Kennedy, then the details two months on Oswald before the Kennedy was assassinated.
I must wonder if the Intel community wanted the assassination to happen.
