NFL's 'Inspire Change' program funds groups that want to abolish police, prisons and immigration detention. The National Football League's "Inspire Change" partners, which receive financial backing from the multibillion-dollar league, include multiple groups that have openly advocated for defunding the police, a Fox News Digital review of the program found.

Is this to keep the NFL thugs from being arrested and available for Sunday’s game?
Who knew that all this time it’s been police presence and threat of prison that has been causing the youts to maim, rob rape and murder people.
It wouldn’t bother me to see the NFL disappear entirely from society.
“Inspire Change”. That’s one thing the Left is good at, coming up with great-sounding names for awful programs.
If you watch the NFL you’re either an idiot or anti American or both.
And yet we still have “Freepers” that worship at the altar of the ball . . .
Thank Madison Ave, Hollywood and a compliant media for selling low IQ'ers s*it on a shingle.
The NFL employs a lot of police/former police. Obviously they have no desire to abolish the police. They are such a huge organization they have to pay protection money to certain groups. Yeah, it happens.
Why would any patriotic white American give one dollar or minute of attention to this 85% negro and 100% Marxist organization? Boggles the mind.
I gave up on them long before I gave up on the now currently woke MLB. I’m done with both.
When I was at Domino’s, I couldn’t believe how many people had a ‘shrine’ to John Elway (and later Peyton Manning) and the Broncos, in the front room of their houses.
I stopped watching after the Dolphins won back-to-back SuperBowls in 1972-73, and had the “Perfect Season”, when I lived down there.
I pity them. There are so many other things to do than waste time on any of that “pro sports” crap.
However, as players use social media and large companies to build their personal brand, some are able to build a very lucrative career outside of sports that will keep paying them long after they are done playing. Obviously Kaepernick is the model for that. Giving these groups to keep them quiet is the cost of doing business. It's a bribe. Businesses do it all the time. But the NFL treats the police very well. That much I know.
“It wouldn’t bother me to see the NFL disappear entirely from society.”
It won’t, it is a cult addiction of priority at all costs even personal integrity. It is many times even more important than loved ones. Many many divorces have happened because football was more important than even wives.
One of my daughters had to divorce because football was more important than her and even the kids. He could not even keep a job because he could not drag himself away from football on TV. It was an obsessive mental illness with his guy and he is not alone.
No matter what the NFL does, the weak will continue to watch, support, buy the gear, tickets, season passes, and Cable/Satellite subscriptions. They are willingly owned and enslaved by the drug they crave.
believe what you want ... I have an inside source ... it’s not a bribe, it’s protection money ...
There’s a difference between “bribes” and “protection money” in this instance? I think you and I are in violent agreement on this. The NFL is paying to keep these groups from speaking out/protesting against the NFL. That does include the players in the locker room, but I don’t think many players would put their careers at risk, YET, until they have other sources of income.
I have been very serious about the fact that as a man I would rather watch a good women’s curling match... Much more passion involved, and if I have to look at butts these are better... lol
