Former President Donald Trump was full of praise for terrorist-supporting Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in a recent interview — while claiming that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not want to reach a peace deal.
Axios’ Barak Ravid, who conducted the interview with Trump for a new book about Trump’s peace efforts, reported Monday:

No I congratulated Joe straight out of the gate
hopefully this is a totally false “report”
it looks like the mass media might be trying (as always) to portray PDJT as a dangerous not case
IT sounds like Trump thought he could make a deal with Abu Abbas. (Trump thought he could make a deal with anybody, including Kim, Xi, Putin, anybody.). When Bibi had some non-negotiable requirements, Trump was frustrated. He really wanted a deal, while Netanyahu wanted a good deal.
I suspect it is a passing moment.
The headline is not believable.
And Axios is suspect.
Nothing new here. Axios is targeting weak and stupid GOP voters with their gaslighitng. You’ll see them pumping up Pence and DeSantis as Trump alternatives before long.
Don’t believe it. President Trump would never say that. It’s not consistent to what he’s said in the past.
It is the truth. If Axios told me the sky was blue, I would look up and verify it.
“Trump admitted to Ravid that Abbas and the Palestinians had proved to be “hardened” against the deal.”
Yeah, not really in context, as the above quote from the same article shows.
Trump doesn’t think or talk like a politician so it is easy for the media to take him out of context, because 1) that’s what they do and 2) they don’t understand Trump even if they wanted to try and be objective and professional.
The Melon Heads are out today...
Hey guys, Trump is the guy that facilitated new deals with a
few Arab states that naturalized relations with Israel.
Remember?
If the election had been above board, he would have helped
that number to grow. It’s the closest to a broad peace
agreement we’ve seen in the Middle-East between Israel and
it’s neighbors.
Do you guys remember when he tweeted for effect? He would
tweet something out and motivate people to move in a new
direction.
People would pi__ and moan.
Then it worked for him. Those who pi__ed and moaned look
like idiots in short order.
Don’t always think you know what’s going on in someone’s head.
Next, Kim stopped firing off long range missiles. When
Trump was sworn in, Kim had been firing them off frequently.
We sure have some short term memory loss here.
PDJT has always made a point of crediting America’s enemies with some capability.
It’s not an accident.
Barak Ravid is radical Israeli Leftist who writes for Axios.
Hates Trump and Bibi.
Audio - video or it didn’t happen.
Ravid and Jerusalem Post’s Yaakov Katz criticized Bibi for being late to congratulate Biden.
Mark Levin covered this on last Friday’s radio show.
Both sides can go to Hell.
I’m sick and tired of everytime Israel sneezes, we have to go running around and jumping up and down for them.
Half of Congress has dual-citizenship or loyalty to Israel.
THEY HAVE THEIR OWN NATION.
Yet it is Jewish groups that are funding the illegal alien caravans and such.
Israel spies on us all the time.
As long as it gets you a seat at the table, there’s no harm
in it.
He praised Kim too, and Kim promptly stopped firing off long
range missiles.
He also seemed to slow down his race to develop nukes.
I am hoping Trump is re-elected in 2024. Softening up the
Palestinian leadership isn’t a bad idea.
i hope so

Didn’t Trump “gush” all over Qasem Soleimani? LOL. These gaslighting Marxists must think we are idiots. If only we had an opposition party to smack them upside the head with the truth on a daily basis.
Thx. Didn”t know.
Axios cannot be trusted. I don’t believe this story.
This is inconsistent with the Abraham Accords’ mission. Bibi proved disloyal to DJT so no kind word will be coming his way.
