Perhaps a lesson learned how our Congress acts...just kick the can down the road. Let future generations (schools/employers) deal with the problem.
No more college admissions tests. And now high school grades don’t count either.
Incompetence inculcated. Incompetence institutionalized. All paid for by working Americans
The CPUSA take over of the professions had as a particular goal the takeover of teacher and educational administration training programs and policies of schools. This is the result. Putting things back the way they were would be a mighty, multi-step, decades long nationwide, all hands on deck task. A coordinated reversal on all levels needs to start now before all possibility of an about face is gone.
Just plain stupid
Helping the stupid become more stupid if this is possible. We can see what it has sown in the burn loot and mayhem of BLM and antifa in 2929. This is what they want. Mindless empty heads trained in emotion and violence

I know what DF stands for and California has a lot of them DF’s running around.
They can always learn to multiply when they’re 35 years old.
Schools across the nation eliminated F years ago. Now, it’s D. Why not give every 3 year old a HS certificate and be done with the games.
I still can’t get over TX making submitting a FAFSA application a graduation requirement whether the student is headed for college or not.
