I admittedly didn’t read the entire article as it’s the gazillionth or so claiming the same nonsense.
The only evidence “destroyed” was a list of school administrators that was taken off the district website because there were death threats being made against the people. I would have pulled it under those circumstances also.
The lawyer in this case (Geoffrey Feiger) is a clown. He’s a far left Democrat who ran for Governor of Michigan and got soundly wholloped. He usually gets himself involved in these high profile cases and goes after huge award amounts (in this case, “only” $200 million dollars). Unfortunately, any money awarded in this case will likely wind up ultimately being paid by the taxpayers of Oxford, MI - and since Oxford is a pretty small little town, it will probably totally bankrupt many people and totally destroy the town. Aside from that, good job so far, Geoff!
If anyone wants further evidence of how whacky this guy is, consider that he has already demanded Facebook, IG and other social media sites preserve every post with #OxfordStrong and similar hashtags - of which there are probably millions and millions and millions of so far by people all across the country if not the world. What good would that even do? NOTHING.
