David DeLuca of Sicklerville, New Jersey will never know if the Ivermectin prescribed by an out-of-state doctor for his wife would have saved her life. Colleen DeLuca, 62, died of COVID-19 on Oct. 10, at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital in Sewell, New Jersey, before he could get a court order to administer the drug.
Ivermectin has helped in some cases, but across the United States, many hospitals don’t include it in their COVID protocol for treatment and refuse to use it, even as a last effort on a dying patient.
Buffalo, New York attorney Ralph Lorigo has spent the last 11 months handling cases where the family wants to try Ivermectin and must get a court order to force hospitals to allow the drug to be administered. DeLuca had Lorigo draw up papers for court, but because Lorigo doesn’t practice in New Jersey, he instructed DeLuca to find a New Jersey attorney to file the papers and handle the case. However, DeLuca couldn’t find an attorney willing to take on the case.
“They kept telling me the magistrates of New Jersey will never let this go through. Now I’ve got to go through the next 25 years without her,” grief stricken David DeLuca, 62, told The Epoch Times. “My 3-year-old granddaughter kisses her photo at night.”

Just info: You can order Ivermectin from India. Easy to find the info with a few minutes of searching. However, my friends who got a large supply from the leading mfg in India says they are so backlogged your order can’t be filled for 3 months or more. Most of my friends take the supplement Quercetin. Plus vit d, c and zinc. Some have gotten sick, but not worse than a cold, mild flu. I swear I got it in late fall of 2019, before China mess started. Thought I was going to die, doctors told me it was NTF. NOT THE FLU and all the doctors were seeing this strange flu like thing in their offices, but it was not the flu and so all over the west coast the docs called it NTF.
It does not appear to work for everybody. There is nothing that always works for everybody. We do the best we can with what we have. I have lost a family member to COVID. I have other relatives who have recovered from COVID.

Or as those of us who know what Pfizer is doing call it: “Pfizermectin”. Take ivermectin (off patent so it’s cheap), change a molecule or two so it’s now ‘on’ patent & you can charge $720 per pill and voila ... Pfizermectin.

This is the most bizarre disease. Who it hammers and why seems to have no rhyme or reason.
Didn’t Trump sign a right to try bill into law? Didn’t it allow people to use off-label or experimental drugs if they were about to die anyway?

What prevents people from checking their family members out and leaving the hospital to administer Ivermectin?
Repeat a lie often enough…. It’s pure bullsh*t to say something as ignorant as this as to border on libel. Some outpatient physicians have chosen not to treat I vaccinated electively. Such is their right. Hospitals and hospital based physicians as a matter of law may not refuse emergent treatment of any illness. Period.

Well. It seems you don’t know the definition of malpractice. Have not read the Hippocratic oath. And presume that opinion translates to fact. You are wrong on all three statements you made.
If hubby decided to killer the doctor(s) and/or administrators of that hospital, it would be justifiable homicide if I were a juror.
Please point to a criminal statue that legislates any treatment or lack there of rises to the level of penal code.
