Well, at least there will be another trial. Surely the jurors were asked about such a thing, and had to have lied. That alone should have consequences of some sort.
Skipping the trial and shooting down in the streets will alleviate all these “entitleds” who are all races— sucking the blood of our economy right out of regular law abiding people’s pockets. And up to now- not answerable for the crimes.

He killed a 59 yo woman in cold blood.
Then the Jury foreperson AND those jurors who echoed the same sentiment should be charged with perjury in a court proceeding and convicted to serve jail time. They lied because they were undoubtedly questioned about whether they’d have trouble convicting someone based on the law.

I wonder if it’s possible to go after jurors in a civil case. Curious if there’s any history of that?
This is nothing new. I live in a a Mississippi county that is 55% black which guarantees at least a proportional jury. Nobody has been convicted of murder there in the last 50 years, and we’ve had a significant number of them.
Can you imagine the uproar 8f a white juror said they didn’t want to send a white criminal to jail?
Yup, good point! Hopefully they get charged, to send a message that it’s not OK to shirk ones duty based on sentiments about race
Most of my time on this earth has been spent in the South.....I dont know about blacks in other parts of the country but here many black folks place the protection of their race above everything....everything.
Many spend every waking hour looking at things through a racial lens.
One thing for sure...they do stick together.
Take them out prior to court. Hurt my family I guarantee it. This is BS.

Jury instructions are part of the trial process which also involves the Q&A part I’d imagine. I see no reason beyond the normal process of the court and DA to not charge them for lying, which they clearly did.

That’s really what it’s coming down to. In my house, this gent would’ve been shot by my wife and there would be no need to waste taxpayer money with a trial.
