On Twitter and YouTube, a video of President Joe Biden reading a eulogy to the late politician Bob Dole is circulating – particularly the part at the end of his message where he reads aloud, “And the message said, end of message.” So, what exactly happened? Is this the first time that Biden’s teleprompter instructions have been claimed to be read aloud?
Is it true that at the end of his Bob Dole eulogy yesterday, Joe Biden read out “end of message”?

I still remember his memorial day speech, in which he said, seemingly out of nowhere, “Parenthetically, good-bye, taps.” The man’s mind is running on fumes.
