The autonomy of the Donbas region was agreed by Minsk treaty and related UN resolution 6 years ago, except Ukraine is dragging on it for so long, inventing the idiotic excuses.

This would make sense. There are a couple areas of Ukraine that would rather be part of Russia the the EU. Donetsk is the one we hear about. Then there’s Crimea.
