Experts in the UK say that an explosion in new heart illnesses in younger patients can be explained by a new condition called “post-pandemic stress disorder.”
Yes, really.
A London Evening Standard report quotes senior vascular surgeon Tahir Hussain, who works at an NHS hospital in London.
“I’ve seen a big increase in thrombotic-related vascular conditions in my practice,” said Hussain.
“Far younger patients are being admitted and requiring surgical and medical intervention than prior to the pandemic.”
Hussain said that the cases are “a direct result of the increased stress and anxiety levels caused from the effects of PPSD (post-pandemic stress disorder).”
He also said that people dying at home “from conditions such as pulmonary embolism and myocardial infarction” was down to them self-isolating and not seeking the medical care they need.
Then we told them the sudden onset of hundreds of thousand of heart-related illnesses were due to “post pandemic stress disorder.”

Hussain’s explanation was echoed by former senior NHS psychological therapist Mark Rayner, who said as many as 300,000 heart ailments could be due to “post-pandemic stress disorder.”
“Everyone has heard of PTSD but we really urgently need to get our heads around PPSD,” said Rayner, adding that “The pandemic and the resulting lockdowns it’s brought have had a massive effect on the mental health of the whole nation.”
Some people expressed skepticism that the sudden increase in heart problems amongst young people is solely due to lockdown stress (the UK hasn’t been under any form of lockdown for almost 6 months).

“Never mind my last tweet!” commented Candace Owens.
“I’ve just learned that the sudden increase in heart-related illnesses is likely due to **checks Big Pharma notes** Post-Pandemic Stress Disorder. Nothing to see here!”
In her previous tweet, she had asked, “Is it me— or are a lot of young healthy athletes suddenly dropping dead this year?”

Hussain said myocardial infarction is due to PPSD. Hussain is such a trustworthy name. /s
OMG! scarily true.
Covid is Covid-19 vaccine?
Post-pandemic?
It’s officially over!
Ooh, I thought all the new heart problems and strokes were due to climate change. Glad to know it’s just stress.
“Post-Pandemic Stress Disorder”
Can’t be post if it’s still happening....
It’s inconceivable how these people
insist on pushing the fear. We’re ALL
going to meet our maker. Accept that
fact, the stress disappears.

Do that every day for a week and you'll likely become dependent on Lorazepam, the active ingredient in Ativan. Then have fun trying to quit them. Just ask Jordan Peterson how fun that is.
Benzodiazepines are insidious drugs. I have a relative who got hooked on them inadvertently because his doctor gave have a scrip for them because he suffered from mild anxiety here and there. Within a month he was hooked - tried to get off them and his side effects were horrible - awful head pressure, trouble sleeping, hot and cold flashes, dizzyness. I checked it out on the web for him and what I discovered shocked me - people's lives are being destroyed by these drugs. Lots of people. Benzo support groups abound on the web. These damn drugs should be outlawed.
It's now been three months and my relative's still in the process of slowly weaning off the Ativan. Nightmare.
So being 60, I’m not subject to stress or prone to any heart conditions from said stress? Ok, got it.
“Post pandemic stress’’?
Good God these wankers are bugging out because they didn’t get the damn virus?
I’m sorry your relative had such a terrible experience with Benzodiazepines. I’m glad to hear he’s getting help.
I have a more than mild anxiety condition and bezos help me deal with.
I have a responsible doctor who doesn’t just prescribe medication but take the time to talk with me about everything going on with me.
Some people abuse medication. Other don’t.
Stress doesn’t cause vaccine-induced prothrombotic immune thrombocytopenia (VIPIT) or thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS).
What a bunch of BS!
That’s why they call it “the clot shot.” Good article—thank you.
Been on it for 25 years (my doc says I’m hypertensive and a Type A personality - bad combo). I only take it as needed and have never had a problem with an addiction. People have different reactions to different drugs, although I can see how Ativan (lorazepam is the generic) could cause a problem if there are other underlying reasons for taking it.
You’re welcome.
The really, really scary part: How many docs know how to recognize, diagnose, and/or treat those vaxx-related issues?
That's why you've never become dependent on it. Intermittent use won't usually cause a dependency or withdrawal. Use it every day for a month like my relative was and you'd be looking at trouble.
Same here. I’ve been prescribed .5mg Lorazepam since 1992, after heart attack with vfib. Only take one when feeling very stressed. Twenty pills last me about six months.
