COVID PCR Test Useless Says Report By 22 Highly Qualified Specialists
Principia Scientific [UK] ^ | 8 December 2021

New study exposes no fewer than 10 grave flaws with the COVID19 PCR test. Scientists demand the immediate retraction of the original 2019 Eurosurveillance paper which has been widely used to justify PCR testing as a diagnostic tool for the virus.

The full paper may be accessed at www.researchgate.net/publication

Extracts of the study are shown below:

This extensive review report has been officially submitted to Eurosurveillance editorial board on 27th November 2020 via their submission-portal, enclosed to this review report is a retraction request letter, signed by all the main & co-authors. First and last listed names are the first and second main authors. All names in between are co-authors. More details can be found at https://cormandrostenreview.com/

ABSTRACT In the publication entitled “Detection of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) by real-time RT-PCR” (Eurosurveillance 25(8) 2020) the authors present a diagnostic workflow and RT-qPCR protocol for detection and diagnostics of 2019-nCoV (now known as SARS-CoV-2), which they claim to be validated, as well as being a robust diagnostic methodology for use in public-health laboratory

settings.

In light of all the consequences resulting from this very publication for societies worldwide, a group of independent researchers performed a point-by-point review of the aforesaid publication in which 1) all components of the presented test design were cross checked, 2) the RT-qPCR protocol- recommendations were assesses w.r.t. good laboratory practice, and 3) parameters examined

against relevant scientific literature covering the field.

The published RT-qPCR protocol for detection and diagnostics of 2019-nCoV and the manuscript suffer from numerous technical and scientific errors, including insufficient primer design, a problematic and insufficient RT-qPCR protocol, and the absence of an accurate test validation.

Neither the presented test nor the manuscript itself fulfils the requirements for an acceptable scientific publication. Further, serious conflicts of interest of the authors are not mentioned. Finally,

the very short timescale between submission and acceptance of the publication (24 hours) signifies that a systematic peer review process was either not performed here, or of problematic poor quality.

We provide compelling evidence of several scientific inadequacies, errors and flaws. Considering the scientific and methodological blemishes presented here, we are confident that the editorial board of Eurosurveillance has no other choice but to retract the publication.

Chicken bones and crow feathers would work better.

Chicken bones and crow feathers only really work on avian flu. For this one I think they will study bat droppings.

“one BIG problem is that the PCR test cannot distinguish COVID from influenza, namely the PCR test shows influenza as a positive COVID case,”

Absolutely false!

“which is why the CDC is withdrawing the EUA for the PCR test ... “

Wrong. They are withdrawing the original test in favor of the multi-plexed pcr test which in one test can determine which of covid, Influenza A or B you have.

You’ve been sticking swabs coated with who knows what up into your delicate nose membranes 2 times a week for months and you’re worried about a few positives when you “felt ill” for a few days?

CVS just advertised a one swab but dual test flu AND Covid test all in one. Legit, right? What could possibly go wrong? Sarcasm (I don’t recall savvy posters sarcasm symbol, sorry)

The accuracy of the PCR tests is basically the same as flipping a coin, plus they can’t discern between ‘variants’ (if those even actually exist). The left lies, and so do RINOs, and today is opposite day for one neo-con, so don’t be fooled. I saw an article regarding who, “Former Obama Official: Poll Says Foreign Countries Happy With Biden. Crenshaw: ‘Did Y’all Poll Kabul?’”, and you can give that a look at DailyWire. I find myself questioning me on the days Dan makes sense. No, it’s still him vacillating (two days ago he attacked the Freedom Caucus). No mask, no test, no shot. I’m fine and so are you. Stop bowing to the alt-far-left.

This was always about control and money, never about health. The virus existing doesn’t mean you get it. Getting it doesn’t mean you get sick. Getting sick doesn’t mean you die. They have conflated Cases and Deaths, gaslighting people into believing they are the same thing. They also cured flu because we used to lose 60,000 Americans to that a year and now NOBODY dies of the flu!

Thank you for your personal testimony about the PCR testing. Do you happen to know how many “cycles” the test done on you employed?

Did you test your coffee and your cola?

Seriously—they have shown “positives”.

No but I have had several dozen PCR tests and the only ones that showed positive occurred for the two weeks starting when I got ill with COVID-like symptoms.

I pulled up a test result and it doesn't say. The lab is GENETWORx. In my case they seem to be using the correct number of cycles because they basically scored a bullseye around my illness.

Correct. I probably had some. But the only time the tes came up positive was when I was actually ill and a couple weeks after. The months before and after that have been two negative tests a week.

Incorrect. Our PCR tests are conducted through saliva spit into a tube.

Incorrect. I was not worried about my positive results or about my relatively mild COVID-like symptoms.

“The accuracy of the PCR tests is basically the same as flipping a coin,”

Nope. They won’t replicate unless the primers connect with the target genetic sequence.

PCR testing has a 40+ year track record. PCR has sent many killers and rapists to jail.

one BIG problem is that the PCR test cannot distinguish COVID from influenza

That could be an explanation. It would also explain the lack of flu diagnoses in the past two years (they all got classed as COVID).

However I have not had a single cold or flu for at least ten and maybe fifteen years and my illness and positive test results occurred in warm weather and coincided with our company's return to the office.
