As of Monday night, 521 people, souls, spirits have been vanquished, eliminated, murdered in our City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection, the most since 1960. I have to wonder what kind of messed up world of white wokeness Krasner is living in to have so little regard for human lives lost, many of them Black and brown, while he advances his own national profile as a progressive district attorney.
I’d like to ask Krasner: How many more Black and brown people, and others, would have to be gunned down in our streets daily to meet your definition of a “crisis”? How many more children and teens have to die in record numbers to capture your attention, and be considered a “crisis”? How many more moms, dads, spouses, and friends need to shed tears over the loss of a loved one for you to call it a “crisis”?

Feel horrible for the families and the victims, maybe, but the voters in Philadelphia County walked into a voting booth and pushed the button/pulled the lever for the guy. These are the same people that have more people voting in elections than are able to vote. These are the same voters that have a Sheriff that completely ignores the courts and helps the Democrat Machine enforce its own rules.
I’ve always found it amazing that so much is made of how much money a person has for their campaign and how easily people can be manipulated through advertising to vote one way or another. I’m pretty sure this guy wasn’t shy about his “criminal justice reform platform” or whatever other nonsense people like him, Chesa and Foxx talk about.
In law enforcement the call those things, clues. In relationships they call those things, red flags. In the real world they call them, absolute bulls**t.
Anyone Democrat in a major blue city comes to you talking about criminal justice reform is telling you that they’re going to let everyone walk.

Philadelphia voters had two chances ( primary and general elections) last year to vote Krasner out of office. They didn’t and would probably vote him in again. They can’t help themselves. Sympathies for the families who suffered losses. But wonder how many voted for Krasner?

Krasner is a known entity and the voters re-elected him knowing the destruction he has already brought to the city.

Although if you look at Krasner's Wiki page, his father is Jewish and his mother is Latina. So he's arguably at least half "person of color."
So according to the Nuremberg Race Laws, he would have been classified as a Halbjude.
Don't understand this liberal / leftist obsession with race (which is, after all, only a social construct).

It's easy.
The Old Left believed that class warfare was the path to Revolution.
But the American working class disappointed the Left. American workers (especially white workers) were too patriotic, too culturally conservative, and too easily satisfied. All they wanted were higher wages, shorter hours, and job security. Not a Revolution.
Many American workers did flirt with Communism from the 1870s to 1930s. But by the 1950s, once wages and working conditions had significantly improved, they were content. No more Revolution.
The Left became contemptuous of white workers, and so looked elsewhere for more reliable malcontents. Students, intellectuals, and blacks. During the 1950s/1960s, the New Left moved from class warfare, to wars between the races, the sexes, and now, the "genders."
There was an Elliot Gould movie made in the 1970s, about former left-wing radicals / militant hippies who meet up again after 15 years.
One of the old "true believers" who has remained faithful to the Cause - and who is still living on the "fringe" of society, barely making ends meet - confronts Gould and demands to know why he has "sold out" to "The Man" (Gould, by this time, is a successful real estate broker or insurance salesman or what-have-you). The Gould-character replies, "Do you know why all of us former hippies are no longer 'down with' the revolution? WE'RE TOO BUSY MAKING MONEY!"
