The female contestants should stay on the starting block for 5 seconds after the gun then run their own race while the she/he gets its spotlight.
Simple solution; just give a legitimate female a handicap such as a 50 yard head start or some other handicap, The overpaid officials of the sport should have started this years ago to even the playing field.

I feel sorry for the girls being victimized, but I absolutely love seeing liberal idiocy predictably backfire and blow up in their puckered faces.
