Actor Jussie Smollett has taken the stand in his own trial over accusations he lied to police about an alleged hate crime
I hope part of his punishment is community service, interning for Donald Trump for a year.
In fact I think it is worthless...bullsheet.
I could care less about some idiot like this guy.
If he dropped dead tomorrow...I could care less.
have they mentioned the personal check he used to pay the guys?

Q: Is your face important to you?
Smollett: Very important
Why?
“My character was a superstar, a pop star, a beloved GQ whatever. It was very important that I looked like black Cary Grant, not beat down.”
That is the most disgusting headline i’ve seen in a while.
“Best holiday headline ever”
lol..
Jussie Smollett was attempting to falsely portray white people who happen to support MAGA as racist and homophobic. His racist accusations were false but his racist supporters, Robin Roberts, Kamala Harris, DA Fox, Michelle Obama, Don (I put my hand down a man’s pants) Lemon, mayor Lori Lightfoot, etc. echoed his false charges.
The biggest hole in his story was that white guys were fans of the show “Empire”.
I'd call it more a "career-choice."
Regards,
Hand him a white board and some dry erase markers. Ask him to draw the attackers.
I remember seeing Sly Stone on the Letterman show a couple of times when David was still at NBC. The last time Stone wasn’t sounding good and admitted he was living in a friend’s basement while trying to get a band together. Seems no one with talent wanted anything to do with him.
His estimated worth currently is $200,000. Damned shame for someone who made the money he did.
Drugs suck up the money quick.
Is he sticking to his guns with the initial story? Saying the Nigerians are lying?
I thought this was to be a poor-old-me defense to plant excuses as to why he staged this, hoping for a sympathetic jury.
But so can the hangers-on. Wherever money is, so are folks angling to get a cut of it.
I've always said that if I ever won the lottery, the first thing I'd do is ditch my phone and live incognito for a month or so until I could sort out a way forward.
Best explanation I’ve read.
“I’ve always said that if I ever won the lottery, the first thing I’d do is ditch my phone and live incognito for a month or so until I could sort out a way forward.”
I know of a couple that won $45 million in the Virginia lottery. It took them some time to claim their winnings but when they did they had already seen a lawyer and an accountant. They were determined they wouldn’t end up broke like so many other lottery winners.
Smart folks I think.
Shs not half black shes much less than that...
Her mother is from India her father is only part black lots of white...
It takes a bit of discipline but my advice will be to keep it to yourself and go on living your normal life for at least a month or two while you get your financial house in order. Get all your debt paid off (including your mortgage) and work with a trusted financial person to put all that money into a diversified portfolio of equities and bonds (allocation depending on age). What you want to do is to ensure that you will not have to worry about money for the rest of your life.
I would highly recommend holding off on major purchases like homes, cars, boats, etc. Definitely get a new phone and phone number and don't give your number to anybody you don't totally trust. Take a long vacation to a secluded spot where you will have time to think without the distraction of a hundred phone calls a day (which you will get otherwise).
This one seems to be more active this afternoon. Jussie is 100% sticking to his story.
