The director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Francis Collins said Sunday on “Meet the Press” that it was “certainly possible” that the Omicron variant will not be the last COVID-19 variant of the pandemic.

Excess Deaths this year for the following age groups are far above Pre 2019 norms, population growth adjusted. Even the 45-64 cohort is above the multi year norm AND above last year.

Only the 85+ cohort is showing Excess Deaths near 0. The virus chopped off the weakest of those last year and had no more to attack. But the slightly youngers 65+ and 75+ relentlessly show Excess Death, even vaxed.
