Well of course she does. Yet another confirmation that Democrats only want to follow court decisions when they come out the way they want. So, court decisions regarding the 2020 election should be followed and respected, but a revolution is in order if they don't like a Supreme Court decision.

It violated the 10th Amendment which means it has no standing. It was Harry Blackmun trying to grab for the Federal Government regulation that belongs to the States.
