Trump didn’t get much help from GOP members of Congress. There were people in Federal agencies who refused lawful orders. Even top-tier military officers conspired with our enemies.

Chris Christie has done an effective job of explaining two things:
1. Why the GOP got its collective asses kicked in 2018.
2. Why conservative voters don’t trust the GOP leadership — along with any one of a bucketful of @ssholes they try to peddle as leading contenders for the White House — to get anything done.
